Associate professor, paramedic. Since 2006, he has been associated with EMS in Poland. Currently, as the Director of the Regional Ambulance Service in Sosnowiec and the Head of the Department and Medical Rescue Department of the Silesian Academy in Katowice.
Author of over 220 scientific publications, member of many expert groups in the field of medical rescue and emergency medicine, including the Ministry of Health. Member of many scientific societies, including ESC and ERC. From 2022, a member of the International EMS Steering Committee
